Each version is tailored to that jurisdiction’s job posting rules, such as pay information, human rights wording rules and accommodation notices. The federal version is for federally regulated private-sector employers under the Canada Labour Code. The Ontario version covers the rules for employers with 25 or more employees, and the Nunavut version includes a note on the Inuktut language rule.
